Purva Windermere has been part of the Pallikaranai and Medavakkam landscape for years. Puravankara's 55-acre township already houses more than 2,000 families, and the phase now on sale, registered with Tamil Nadu RERA as TN/29/Building/0008/2023, adds new homes to that settled community.

The 1 BHK homes are listed at ₹51.75 lakh and ₹52.93 lakh, the 2 BHK from ₹86 lakh to ₹1.20 crore, the 3 BHK from ₹1.11 crore to ₹1.85 crore and a 4 BHK at ₹1.63 crore. The top 3 BHK is priced above the 4 BHK, which points to different sizes or specifications within each type. Carpet areas are not on record, so compare plans on area rather than bedroom count.
The township offers something a new project usually cannot: facilities that already run. There are two clubhouses and more than 40 amenities, about 76% of the land is open, and a grocery store and a health clinic operate on site. The amenity list also includes a pool, gym, squash courts, a billiards table, yoga areas, a library and play areas for children.
Medavakkam and Pallikaranai lie between Velachery and the OMR offices, so both the older southern suburbs and the Perungudi and Sholinganallur campuses are within reach, and a metro station is planned nearby. Puravankara, headquartered in Bengaluru, has been building for about five decades. One local caution: land around the Pallikaranai marsh is low-lying, so check the site's drainage and flood record from recent monsoons.
