Possession was due in May 2019, so the villas are complete, and IndiProp shows the project as Ready to Move. Listed prices ran from ₹3.49 crore for a 3 BHK to ₹6.66 crore for the largest 4 BHK. Those numbers are from an earlier listing, so buyers should check current prices and any resale villas with the developer. Plot and built-up areas were not given, so ask for them when comparing.
