Set right on Bannerghatta Main Road, Prestige Elysian is a mid-sized project of four towers on about 6.67 acres. Compared with the large townships further south, it offers a smaller community on a main road that is already fully developed.
Homes come in three layouts: 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3 BHK with a maid's room. The 2 BHK was listed at about ₹1.2 crore. The 3 BHK homes ranged from ₹2 crore to ₹2.7 crore, and the largest measured about 1,810 sq ft. Possession was due in December 2022, so the project is treated as Ready to Move. The figures above come from an older listing, so ask Prestige for current rates, or look at resale units in the complex.
The clubhouse has a gym, swimming pool, squash and badminton courts, and a multipurpose court. Indoors there are a mini theatre, a billiards room, indoor games and a party hall. The towers are laid out around landscaped gardens.
On one side of the site is the Meenakshi Temple, and on the other a cluster of educational institutions. Hospitals, schools and malls along Bannerghatta Road are close by, and the Pink Line metro under construction on this road should help with commuting when it opens.
