About Purva Atmosphere
At about 33 floors, the three towers of Purva Atmosphere are among the taller residential buildings on Thanisandra Main Road. Puravankara arranged them along a central landscaped walkway, with the pool and other amenities tied into that spine. The middle tower holds 3 and 4 BHK homes, and the two outer towers have 2 and 3 BHK.
The sky club is the main design feature. It sits on the 34th floor of the central tower and connects across to the planted terrace decks on the two flanking towers, which gives residents a shared space high above the street, with decks, play areas and activity zones. Each tower has a double-height lobby reached from a covered drop-off, and the flats are planned without internal corridors to reduce wasted space.
The listed prices are high for the area. 2 BHK homes of 1,276 to 1,443 sq ft were priced from about ₹2.27 crore to ₹2.57 crore, 3 BHK homes of 1,674 to 2,241 sq ft from about ₹2.41 crore to ₹3.23 crore, and the 4 BHK of 2,420 sq ft at about ₹4.31 crore. Some 3 BHK units were cheaper than the largest 2 BHK, and the sizes look like saleable rather than carpet areas, so check both with the developer.
Possession was due in March 2025, and the project is shown as ready to move. Treat these prices as dated. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/190204/002350. Manyata Tech Park and Hebbal are the nearest large employment areas. Tall towers bring good views, but ask how lift waiting times hold up in the morning with every flat at home.
