Nikoo Homes is the Bhartiya Group's mid-market housing, built as part of the Bhartiya City development off Thanisandra Main Road in North Bengaluru. The homes here are compact and priced well below the group's branded residences in the same area.
The unit list is detailed. The 1 BHK has a carpet area of 579 sq ft, with listed prices from about ₹36.5 lakh to ₹48.97 lakh. The 2 BHK comes in a range of layouts from 639 to 965 sq ft, priced between about ₹55.23 lakh and ₹71.41 lakh. There is one 3 BHK type of 1,121 sq ft at about ₹95.24 lakh. Most of the mix is 2 BHK, which makes the project a practical choice for young families and for investors who want a steady rental near the northern tech parks.
