Vidyaranyapura is one of the settled residential pockets of north Bengaluru, and Prestige Willow Tree is among the larger gated projects in it. Prestige Group planned 451 apartments on a site of about six acres, split across 1, 2 and 3 BHK configurations. Possession was due in March 2023, so IndiProp shows the project as Ready to Move. Buyers should expect a completed community in handover rather than a building site.
The listing carries eight price points. One-bedroom homes were priced at ₹44.14 lakh and ₹50.11 lakh, a 2 BHK at ₹82.7 lakh, and the 3 BHK options ran from ₹97.64 lakh to ₹1.43 crore. None of these come with a carpet area, which makes value comparisons difficult. Ask Prestige for the RERA carpet area of the specific flat, and confirm current pricing and whether any unsold stock remains, because older listings often lag the market.
On the recreation side the plan is generous for a six-acre site.
