The project offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The listing shows 2 BHK homes at ₹78 lakh and ₹88 lakh, and a 3 BHK at about ₹1.01 crore. Possession was due in March 2022, so IndiProp lists Park Square as ready to move, with the towers complete or in handover. Prices from the selling phase may have moved since then, so confirm current figures and resale availability with the developer. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180313/002634. Carpet areas are not given on the listing.

Residents get a clubhouse with a health club, sauna, spa and jacuzzi, indoor games such as table tennis and billiards, a library and a party hall. Outside there is a swimming pool, a jogging track, and courts for squash, badminton, tennis and basketball. Rainwater harvesting and sewage treatment are part of the services.

Gottigere is at the southern end of Bannerghatta Road, close to where it meets the NICE Road. That junction gives a quick route west to Mysuru Road and east to Hosur Road and Electronic City. IIM Bangalore and the offices around Arekere and JP Nagar are to the north, and Bannerghatta National Park lies to the south. The Namma Metro Pink Line has its southern end at Kalena Agrahara, just up the road. The honest caveat is traffic: Bannerghatta Road moves slowly at peak hours, particularly between Gottigere and Dairy Circle.
