A two-level clubhouse holds the pool, gym and indoor sports, and the grounds have Prestige's usual landscaping with water features. Since the lower floors are commercial, expect shop traffic and deliveries at the base of the building. Some buyers like the convenience; others would rather live away from it.
Manyata Tech Park is the nearest large office cluster, and the Outer Ring Road connects to the other IT corridors and to the airport road. Kammanahalli's main street already has plenty of branded stores. Schools in the area include Vibgyor High, Legacy International, CMR Public School and Bangalore International School, and Columbia Asia and Sathya Hospital are among the hospitals nearby.
