The 942 sq ft 3 BHK is compact for three bedrooms, and a family that needs space should look at the larger type.
Possession was due in May 2020, so the project is shown as Ready to Move. It is complete, and any purchase now is likely a resale or one of the last unsold units; check current prices with the developer or seller. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180131/002490.
The amenity list is longer than the project's size might suggest: a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse with indoor games and library, tennis, squash and badminton courts, and a jogging track, with power backup, CCTV and a sewage treatment plant. Mathikere's appeal is its established setting. Schools, hospitals and markets are already in place, and Yeshwanthpur railway station and the Green Line metro are nearby.
