Ready to Move

Dollars Colony, officially part of RMV Extension 2nd Stage next to Sanjay Nagar, is one of north-central Bengaluru's older and quieter residential pockets. New apartment buildings there are rare. Prestige Fairfield is one: two towers of ground plus 28 floors on a 2.8-acre plot, holding 158 homes.
That is a small number of flats for the land, and the towers are laid out so that each home is open on three sides. Only 3 and 4 BHK units are offered. The 3 BHK options were listed between about ₹2.24 crore and ₹2.5 crore, and the 4 BHK at around ₹3.2 crore. Carpet areas were not published, so ask Prestige for the sanctioned floor plans and work out per-sq-ft rates yourself.
Possession was due in November 2023, and the project is now shown as ready to move. Treat the prices as dated. In a building of 158 homes very little may be left, and any unsold or resale flat is likely to be priced differently. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309PR/200211/003273.
Location is the main reason to look here. Bellary Road, the route to the airport, and New BEL Road are both close, so Hebbal and Mekhri Circle are a short drive, while Sadashivanagar and Malleshwaram lie to the south-west. The building has the usual clubhouse facilities, including a pool, gym and indoor games room. Anyone moving from a large township should expect less open ground on a 2.8-acre site.
