About Panchsheel Greens II
Panchsheel Greens II is one of the bigger townships in Sector 16, Greater Noida West. Panchsheel Group lists about 26 acres, 28 towers and 4,113 homes, plus 188 villas in one phase, which gives the society the kind of internal market that supports shops, schools and daily services close by.
The developer lists 2 BHK homes of 1,060 and 1,150 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 1,525 and 2,250 sq ft. Two air-conditioned clubhouses of about 23,000 sq ft each serve the township, along with swimming pools, a gym, a landscaped central park, meditation areas and an amphitheatre. Prices are not on the official page.
The project was registered with UP RERA in 2017 in five parts. Towers D1, D2 and E5 are registered under UPRERAPRJ8592, and Towers D3, D4, E6 and E7 under UPRERAPRJ8595. Both registrations now show a completion date of November 2026.
Panchsheel is a long-standing Greater Noida West developer whose other projects in the area include Panchsheel Hynish and Panchsheel Pinnacle. These last towers have taken close to a decade from registration, so buyers should check the tower-wise progress reports on UP RERA and confirm whether the sizes quoted are carpet or super area before comparing the price with newer launches.
