Panchsheel Developer

Panchsheel Group is a developer headquartered in Sector 63, Noida, and has been active in the NCR for close to three decades. It builds residential and commercial projects in Greater Noida West, Noida and Ghaziabad. The group says it has delivered more than 13,000 units and over 14 million sq ft. In Greater Noida West its completed housing includes Panchsheel Hynish, a 12-tower complex of about 1,305 homes, and Panchsheel Pinnacle in Sector 16B. Pinnacle has three high-rise towers with roughly 685 two- and three-bedroom apartments and was built with Mivan formwork. Other residential projects in its portfolio are Panchsheel Greens II, Pratishtha and Wellington, plus Prime390 in Ghaziabad. It has also built retail projects such as Greenmart and Well Bazaar.
