Sam India Abhimanyu Housing is the promoter behind Palm Olympia, a large group housing township in Greater Noida West, in the Gaur City 2 area. The company is registered with UP RERA as a promoter under number UPRERAPRM236650, and it runs its sales and customer communication through the Palm Olympia website rather than a separate corporate site.

The early phases of Palm Olympia offered 2 and 3 BHK homes and are now occupied. The company then moved to larger apartments with The Goldspire, a three-tower extension registered in two phases in 2023 and 2024 with 3 BHK plus study and 4 BHK plus lounge homes. Residents of the township use Club Meridian, and the new towers get a separate club, Club Harmonie.
