Sector 73 is a dense residential part of central Noida, and IThums 73 is being built on a 5.5-acre corner plot there with a 75 m frontage on the main road. The developer says the site faces an upcoming metro station and has more than half a million households within its catchment.
The building rises 25 floors above ground. The lower levels are for shops and a food court, with restaurants on the ground floor. Office floors above are split into large and small modules, and the top floor has a rooftop restaurant and club. IThum World reports that the structure is complete and that interior and facade work is under way. Unit sizes and prices are not on the project page.
Listed features include rooftop solar panels, energy-efficient fixtures, water and waste management systems, car parking with EV charging, power backup, fire safety systems and round-the-clock CCTV security.
IThum World is the brand of Solutrean Building Technologies (SBTL Group), which built The Corenthum and The IThum in Sector 62, and Delta City Centre. The registered promoter is Sifal Infotech, and the UP RERA number is UPRERAPRJ543889, with April 2027 as the completion date. The metro link the developer mentions is still at the planning stage, so do not count on it for tenants in the near term.
