Group 108 is a Delhi NCR developer that focuses on commercial, retail and mixed-use projects in Noida and Greater Noida West. Members of the Bhutani family lead it. Chairman Anil Bhutani started in commercial development in 1999 with Parmesh Complex, and the managing directors are Dr. Amish Bhutani and Sanchit Bhutani. The company calls itself new to the NCR market but experienced, and credits its leadership with projects such as ITHUM and World Square Mall. Current projects featured on its website include One FNG and Grandthum. Walkway 108, a commercial complex in Greater Noida West, is marketed under the Group 108 name.
