Omkar Realtors brought in Foster + Partners as architects, and the towers are planned as high-rises with sky bungalows on the upper floors and views over the Arabian Sea and the city. The development was marketed as three, four and five bedroom homes for about 400 families.
The listed stock begins with a 3 BHK of 1,335 sq ft at ₹7.96 crore, followed by a larger 3 BHK of 2,497 sq ft at ₹15.89 crore and 4 BHK homes of 3,600 and 3,700 sq ft at about ₹21.5 crore to ₹22 crore.
