About Ivory County
County Group's Ivory County takes up 28 acres in Sector 115, Noida, a large land parcel by the standards of the city's central sectors. It is being built in three phases, each with its own UP RERA registration: UPRERAPRJ256314 for Phase 1, UPRERAPRJ115902 for Phase 2 and UPRERAPRJ507062 for Phase 3, all under master registration UPRERAPRM206951.
The plan has 2,372 homes in 3, 4 and 5 BHK formats. About 11 acres are set aside for landscaping, including a 4-acre lagoon, and the developer describes the layout as low density, with wide internal roads and spaced-out towers. There are two clubhouses. Listed facilities include a temperature-controlled indoor pool, gym, spa and salon, yoga terraces, a mini theatre, an amphitheatre, a sculpture garden, sports areas and play zones for children. County Group has not published carpet areas or a price list on its project page, so buyers will need the current price sheet and RERA carpet areas from the developer.
The project is promoted by Themecounty Private Limited, part of the County Group (ABA Corp) stable known in Noida for Cleo County, with Ambience Private Limited also named on the registration.
All three phases were registered in July 2023. The UP RERA completion dates are July 2028 for Phase 1, December 2028 for Phase 2 and December 2029 for Phase 3, so a buyer in the last phase is looking at a wait of more than three years.
