The homes are 3 BHK and 4 BHK units. Vrinda Group has not put carpet areas or a price list in text on its project page, so buyers should ask for the current sheet and the RERA-declared carpet areas. The facilities it lists are more specific than usual: an air purification tower system across the society, a terrace mini theatre for about 25 people, a rooftop club with a pool, a second club at podium level, a restaurant, landscaped gardens, a temple and double-height entrance lobbies in both towers.
The promoter, Vrinda Homes Private Limited, says it has worked in Delhi NCR for more than 15 years. Its directors are Suresh Kumar Singhal and Babloo Chaudhary. Raj Hans Infratech is named as co-promoter on the UP RERA registration.
The project is registered as UPRERAPRJ848586, with construction starting in January 2023 and a declared completion date of December 2027. A construction update on the developer's site points to possession around September 2026. Check that against the date in your agreement, since the RERA deadline is more than a year later.
