Vrinda Group is a Greater Noida West developer that trades as Vrinda Homes Private Limited. The company says it has worked in Delhi NCR for more than 15 years across residential, commercial, institutional and hospitality building. Its directors are Suresh Kumar Singhal, a commerce graduate of the University of Delhi with over 25 years in real estate and construction, and Babloo Chaudhary, a civil engineer who the company says has overseen more than 2 crore sq ft of construction.

Its current project is Heritage Skyward on plot GH-06B in Sector 1, Greater Noida West: two towers of 30 and 32 storeys with 375 apartments in 3 and 4 BHK sizes, registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ848586. The company names Radha Build Tech (India) and Solaris Realtech as associated firms. It has a small public track record compared with the large Noida developers, so buyers should look at construction progress on site.
