Golden Grande is a large office, retail and hospitality project on Plot 19, Techzone 4, in Greater Noida West, built by Ashrai Infra with Advance Compusoft Pvt Ltd as the promoter company. Phase 1 is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ301910, and this entry covers Phase 2, registered as UPRERAPRJ434216.
The mix covers IT and ITES office floors, high-street retail, food and beverage space and a planned five-star hotel. The site plan includes about 8 acres of landscaped green area, water bodies along the retail and restaurant frontage, wide walkways and two levels of basement parking for more than 5,000 cars. The developer says the project has a Gold rating from the Indian Green Building Council.
According to the developer, the proposed Kisan Chowk metro station is within walking distance, the FNG Expressway is about five minutes away and the Noida International Airport about 40 minutes away. Ashrai Infra describes itself as a newer development company and says it is handing over an earlier 25-acre commercial project, Golden I, in Greater Noida West. Golden Grande was its 2023 launch.
Phase 2 started in August 2023 and its RERA registration lists September 2026 as the completion date. That date is only weeks away, so buyers should check the latest construction status and any extension on the UP RERA site. Unit sizes and prices are not published on the project website.
