Ashrai Infra is a Greater Noida West commercial developer known locally for Golden Grande, a large office, retail and hospitality project on Plot 19 in Techzone 4. The company describes itself as a new-age developer run by people with long experience in real estate, and says it is completing an earlier 25-acre commercial project in Greater Noida West called Golden I.

Golden Grande was launched in 2023 and is registered with UP RERA in phases, with Advance Compusoft Pvt Ltd as the promoter company. The project combines IT and ITES office floors, high-street retail, restaurants and a planned five-star hotel, and the developer says it holds a Gold rating from the Indian Green Building Council. Ashrai has no housing projects on record in Noida, so its track record is limited to commercial work, and buyers should check construction progress on UP RERA before committing.
