About Prestige Park Drive

This is a plotted layout, not an apartment project. Prestige Park Drive covers about 28 acres in Devanahalli and is a joint development between the Prestige Group and MRG Group. The full plan has 468 plots, and 215 of them were released in the first phase.

Plots were listed from ₹39.6 lakh up to about ₹88.91 lakh. Individual plot sizes were not part of the data, so ask for the dimensions and the approved layout. Possession was due in November 2023, and the layout is shown here as Ready to Move. By now, roads and services should be in place for owners to start building. The prices are from an earlier listing and are likely to have changed, so confirm current rates and what is left in each phase.

The gated layout has landscaped common areas and shared amenities. The listed facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, courts for tennis, badminton and basketball, a jogging track, yoga areas and a children's play area. Security, CCTV, power backup, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant cover the services. Owners design and build their own homes, so find out what building guidelines apply.

The main connection is the eight-lane Bellary Road, which runs south past Yelahanka to Hebbal. Kempegowda International Airport and KIADB's aerospace, IT and hardware park are close, and those are the area's main employers. Land in this corridor has been in steady demand since the airport opened. Even so, a plot here is a long-term holding, and everyday services around Devanahalli are still thinner than in the city.
