About Gaur World SmartStreet
Gaur World SmartStreet is a retail and office complex in Greater Noida West, about 2.5 km from the Gaur City township by the developer's reckoning. It is aimed at shop buyers and investors rather than home buyers.
The building has two basements for parking and services, with commercial floors running from lower ground up to the seventh floor. Going by the developer's floor-wise plan, that adds up to roughly 2,300 shops plus 109 kiosks, with the most units on the lower ground and ground floors and fewer on the upper levels. Gaurs lists retail shops, shop-cum-office units, kiosks, food outlets, restaurants, office space and a cinema among the planned uses. Movement between floors relies on five lifts and nine escalators, and the complex has diesel generator backup and its own fire-fighting system. Kotak Mahindra Bank is named as the financing partner.
Gaurs, the brand of Gaursons, has a large presence in Greater Noida West, where it built Gaur City and runs Gaur City Mall. SmartStreet is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ674297. Work began in 2019, and the registration now shows March 2028 as the completion date.
That is a long timeline for a commercial building, and a complex with this many small shops depends on steady footfall. Before buying, check how many units are sold and whether any anchor tenants have signed.

It also develops Gaur Yamuna City, a township on the Yamuna Expressway launched in 2014, which includes the Gaurs Runway Suites studio apartments. The Islands by Gaurs, a newer 4 and 5 BHK project, is near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. The company says it has delivered about 75 projects and is privately held.
