Gaursons India, which trades as Gaurs Group, is a developer based in Ghaziabad. Its head office, Gaur Biz Park, is in Indirapuram. Wikipedia says B.L. Gaur founded the company in 1995. It is one of the larger housing developers around Ghaziabad and Greater Noida. Its best-known project is Gaur City in Greater Noida West, a township that Wikipedia says houses roughly 25,000 families. It also develops Gaur Yamuna City, a township on the Yamuna Expressway launched in 2014, which includes the Gaurs Runway Suites studio apartments. The Islands by Gaurs, a newer 4 and 5 BHK project, is near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. The company says it has delivered about 75 projects and is privately held.
