DTC Group

DTC Group is a business group based in Kolkata, with interests in real estate, mining and infrastructure. Its head office is on Netaji Subhash Road in central Kolkata. The group says it has delivered about 20 lakh sq ft of homes and retail space, or nearly 1,600 homes, and has around 60 lakh sq ft under development. Its projects are in Rajarhat, New Town, Joka, Madhyamgram and Ballygunge. They include the apartment projects DTC Still Waters, DTC Downtown and DTC Good Earth, and villa projects such as DTC Embassy Villa and DTC Palm Grove. DTC Sojon in Joka, a few minutes from the Joka Metro station, is a 22-acre project with 34 towers of 2 and 3 BHK apartments.
