Astrathum is Bhutani Infra's mixed-use campus in Greater Noida West, planned with Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals, which is a co-promoter on the UP RERA registration. The pairing shapes the plan: two of the five blocks are set aside for healthcare, wellness and other institutional uses.
The rest of the campus is commercial. Block A is an office tower meant for biotech and IT-enabled firms, Block B holds retail and other commercial space, and Block C has serviced studios for short and long stays. A multi-level podium with cafés, shops and green courtyards ties the blocks together, with a central courtyard for events and a food court. Bhutani lists central air conditioning, AI-based building management, high-speed lifts, power backup, Wi-Fi and dedicated parking.
Bhutani Infra is a Noida developer known mainly for large office and retail projects, including Alphathum in Sector 90 and Cyberthum in Sector 140A.
The project is registered with UP RERA as Astrathum under UPRERAPRJ202227/09/2025, in the names of Parmesh Construction Company Limited and Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals Pvt Ltd, and the completion date is March 2029. Unit sizes and prices are not on the official page. Buyers of studios or shops should ask how many units are on sale in each block, since supply in the area is rising.
