Bhutani Developer

Bhutani Infra, also called Bhutani Group, is a Noida developer that mostly builds commercial property: office towers, retail and mixed-use buildings. It is based at Plot 1, Sector 90, on the Noida Expressway. In 2019 Business Standard reported that it planned to invest about Rs 1,200 crore in Alphathum, a large office-and-retail project in Sector 90. Its official website lists retail and mixed-use projects such as Avenue 62 in Sector 62, Avenue 133 on the Noida Expressway and City Center 32 in Sector 32. Ashish Bhutani leads the company as CEO. The company is privately held and not listed on a stock exchange.
