The location sits roughly between the older parts of the city and Kempegowda International Airport. Hennur Road leads south to the Outer Ring Road and Manyata Tech Park, and the Hennur to Bagalur road runs north towards the airport region. Families moving from central neighbourhoods should expect a quieter, still-developing area: schools and hospitals are within a drive, but day-to-day shopping is less dense than in Kalyan Nagar or HRBR Layout. For buyers who want a detached house and are comfortable with that trade, Wisteria is worth a look.
