The clubhouse offers a gym, a sauna, a spa and a jacuzzi, a library and indoor games, and there is a swimming pool along with tennis, squash, badminton and basketball courts. The community is gated with round-the-clock security and CCTV.
Kalyan Nagar is a short drive south, and the central business district is roughly 40 minutes away when traffic is light. Manyata Tech Park and the Outer Ring Road are reachable via Hennur Road, and the airport lies to the north. This is a suburban setting rather than an urban one, so plan on a car for most errands. For families who want a private garden and are happy with a slightly longer drive to the city, it is one of the more spacious options on this side of Bengaluru.
