About Adarsh Savana
Adarsh Savana was Adarsh Developers' first plotted project. It sits on Chapparkallu Road in Devanahalli taluk, west of Bellary Road, near Stonehill International School and the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence.
The layout covers about 99 acres, with around 11 acres of landscaping. Palm-lined avenues, footpaths and parks run through it. Plots come in three standard sizes: 30 x 40 ft (1,200 sq ft, called Sapphire), 30 x 50 ft (1,500 sq ft, Ruby) and 40 x 60 ft (2,400 sq ft, Diamond). Prices were listed from ₹78 lakh. Possession was due in October 2022, and the project is shown here as Ready to Move. Plot rates in this belt have moved since launch, so confirm current prices and check whether resale plots are available.
The main shared facility is a clubhouse of about 44,000 sq ft. The service list covers round-the-clock security with CCTV, power backup, water supply, fire safety, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. Before booking, ask about the building guidelines that apply to individual houses, and check whether water and electricity connections are active for every plot.
The location mainly appeals to buyers with an eye on North Bengaluru's long-term growth. Kempegowda International Airport is to the north-east, and NH 44 connects south towards Yelahanka and Hebbal. Having an international school and a major sports academy so close is a genuine plus for families who plan to build and live here. Most other services still involve a drive. Jayeshankar is still chairman and managing director, and he has served as president of CREDAI Karnataka. Nearly all of its housing is in Bengaluru, with a heavy tilt to the east and north. Adarsh Palm Retreat, launched in 2005, is its large villa and apartment township of more than 150 acres off the Outer Ring Road near Marathahalli and Bellandur, and Adarsh Lakefront is in the same belt. Adarsh Sanctuary is off Sarjapur Road. In the north, Adarsh Wisteria, Tranqville and Pinecourt are on or near Hennur Road, Adarsh Greens is in Jakkur and Adarsh Savana is towards Devanahalli. Adarsh Palm Acres, near Vidya Nagar Cross in the north, has large four and five bedroom homes, and in the south Adarsh Premia is in Banashankari Stage 2.
