There is also a swimming pool, a children's play area, an activity zone for older residents, and courts for badminton, squash, tennis and basketball.
With just over 200 families, Pinecourt should feel calmer than the large towers going up elsewhere in North Bengaluru. The location is well away from the city centre, but Hennur Road connects south to the Outer Ring Road and Manyata Tech Park, and the Hennur to Bagalur road leads north towards the airport. Schools and hospitals are within driving distance, and there is plenty of newer housing in the surrounding villages. The main practical point is that daily shopping and public transport are thinner here than closer to Kalyan Nagar, so most residents will rely on a car.
