Daxin Vistas is a township by Signature Global in the Aravalli foothills near Sohna, spread over the revenue estates of Bhondsi, Ghamroj and Mahendwara villages. The developer markets it under the tagline 'Gurugram's X Factor' and describes S+4 independent floors, meaning stilt parking with four residential floors above. The site is reached through the Gurugram-Sohna elevated road and lies within the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor influence zone.
