Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram is a branded residential project by Signature Global in Sector 71, on the Southern Peripheral Road. Under a licensing arrangement announced in April 2026, the Italian brand Tonino Lamborghini provides design input and its name, while Signature Global develops and builds the project. Business Standard reported a site of about 12.4 acres with 812 apartments, an estimated development cost of about Rs 2,891 crore and a starting price of about Rs 5 crore. The official site lists 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 4 BHK with utility homes in a low-density layout of four apartments per core, planned as a vertical village with landscaped courts. Facilities include a tennis court, a pool, a kids' area and a clubhouse with gym, yoga room, saunas, spa and salon. The project was registered with HRERA Gurugram in April 2026, with validity to January 2033. Apartment sizes are not published on the official site.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2186-2026, with registration valid until January 2033.
