City of Colours is a township by Signature Global at village Sidhrawali on NH-48 (the old NH-8), south-west of Manesar towards the Bilaspur and Dharuhera industrial belt. The developer's page describes a development of about 129 acres offering residential plots together with industrial and commercial plots. The master plan was prepared by AEDAS Singapore, with landscape work by NMP Designs and Cooperhills. Planned community facilities include parks, a multi-purpose hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, kids' play area, indoor games, a doctor's chamber, a Miyawaki forest, a pet park, a sculpture garden and an outdoor gym within a gated layout. The first residential registration with HRERA Gurugram dates from October 2024, and an extension phase was registered in 2025; both are grouped here and are valid to December 2028. Plot sizes and prices are not published on the official page, and buyers should review the developer's disclosures on the HRERA portal before booking.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1722-2024, RERA-GRG-1942-2025, with registration valid until December 2028.
