Orchard Avenue 3 is an affordable group housing project by Signature Global in Sector 93, Gurugram, in the village Hayatpur area of the new sectors between Dwarka Expressway and the Pataudi Road side of the city. It is built under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, which fixes carpet-area limits and allotment rules, and the developer's page describes it as a project of 2 BHK homes. The licence for the land was issued in August 2023 and the project was registered with HRERA Gurugram in early 2024; the registration is valid to July 2028. The developer highlights road access to NH-48, Dwarka Expressway and IGI Airport. Under the affordable housing policy, flats are normally allotted through a draw at government-set rates, so interested buyers should follow the developer's and the Department of Town and Country Planning's notices. Carpet areas, tower count and total units are not given on the official page.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1486-2023, with registration valid until July 2028.
