Buyers who work in Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park and would rather not commute from Baner or Aundh are the obvious audience for Saarrthi Savvy Homes, a completed apartment project in Hinjewadi Phase 1. The complex is inside the IT corridor itself, so Phase 1 offices are close at hand, while Balewadi, Baner and Aundh lie to the east along the main Hinjewadi approach roads.
Only two configurations are on offer. The 1 BHK has 505 sq ft of carpet area and is listed at ₹45 lakh, and the 2 BHK measures 775 sq ft for about ₹65 lakh. That works out to roughly ₹8,400 to ₹8,900 per sq ft of carpet area. The 2 BHK is a workable size for a small family, and the 1 BHK suits a single professional or an investor hoping to rent to IT staff.
