Karve Road links Kothrud to Deccan and Erandwane, and the Vanaz-Ramwadi metro line now runs above it. Saarrthi Shivalik is a completed building on Karve Road, opposite Mrutyunjay Mandir in Mayur Colony.
Most homes are 2 BHK, with carpet areas from 861 to 959 sq ft and prices from ₹1.53 crore to ₹1.69 crore. A 3 BHK of 1,050 sq ft is priced at ₹2 crore. That 3 BHK is only about 90 sq ft larger than the biggest 2 BHK, so buyers should weigh the extra bedroom against room sizes.
Facilities are modest, as is usual in this part of the city. A gym and a children's play area are listed, the building periphery is covered by CCTV, and generator backup runs the lifts, common lights and water pumps. Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Deccan Gymkhana and Prabhat Road are all nearby. Saarrthi Group develops mainly in Kothrud and west Pune.
The building is ready to move in, with possession recorded as September 2020, under MahaRERA registration P52100014200. As with any finished project, inspect the flat, check the occupancy certificate and ask about parking allotment before paying.
