Model Colony is one of Pune's older, leafier residential neighbourhoods, a few minutes from Shivajinagar, Fergusson College Road and Senapati Bapat Road. Saarrthi Signature Tower is on Gokhale Cross Road here, next to Symbiosis.
Two configurations are listed. A 3 BHK of 1,185 sq ft carpet area starts at ₹2.4 crore, and a 4 BHK garden apartment of 2,200 sq ft is priced at ₹6.25 crore. The 4 BHK works out to about ₹28,400 per sq ft of carpet area against roughly ₹20,250 for the 3 BHK, so the garden units carry a large premium.
Sustainability features are a strength here. Rain is harvested, the master bathroom gets solar-heated water, wet waste is composted on site, the flower beds are drip-irrigated, some walls carry vertical planting, and borewell water is treated before use. Shared facilities include a clubhouse with a library room, a gym and a children's play area. Saarrthi Group is a Pune developer with most of its projects in the west of the city.
Saarrthi Signature Tower is registered with MahaRERA as P52100014316. Possession was scheduled for March 2022, and the project is now listed as ready to move. Ask to see the occupancy certificate and check whether the unit on offer is fresh stock or a resale before booking.

Most of the range is mid-segment. The company does not publish a founding year on its website.
