Magarpatta City, with its IT SEZ, together with Amanora Park Town and the Seasons and Amanora malls, has turned the Hadapsar-Mundhwa belt into one of east Pune's biggest job centres. Nyati Evolve is a residential project on this side of the city, opposite Laxmi Lawns, a short drive from the IT campus.
Two home sizes are listed, both described as 2 BHK: 675 sq ft carpet area at ₹84 lakh and 1,077 sq ft at ₹1.36 crore. The larger unit is big for a two-bedroom plan, and project material also refers to 3 BHK homes, so confirm the configuration of the 1,077 sq ft unit before booking.
The site plan includes lawns and flower beds, a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym and indoor games, with a jogging track, yoga area and children's play area outdoors. Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar are within reach for dining and shopping, and the Kharadi-Hadapsar bypass links the area to EON IT Park.
Nyati Group, a Pune developer since 1997, registered the project with MahaRERA as P52100022030. Possession was scheduled for June 2023, and Evolve is now listed as ready to move. Check the registration on the MahaRERA portal and ask to see the occupancy certificate. Traffic around the Magarpatta and Mundhwa junctions is slow at peak hours.
