About Nyati Victoria
Most new housing in Undri is apartment towers, and Nyati Victoria is a different kind of product: a gated community of row houses and bungalows inside Nyati County, the Nyati Group township in Undri that the developer puts at about 210 acres. The design borrows from Victorian architecture, as the name suggests.
The listing covers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes, with prices on record of ₹80.75 lakh for a 2 BHK, ₹1.45 crore for a 3 BHK and ₹2.6 crore for a 4 BHK. No carpet or plot areas are given, and for independent homes those matter more than usual: ask for the plot area, the built-up area and the size of any private garden or terrace.
Corinthians Resort and Club is close by, and the shared facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis and badminton courts, a jogging track and children's play areas. NIBM Road and Kondhwa are the nearest established neighbourhoods, while Magarpatta and Hadapsar are the closest large employment hubs.
Nyati Group has been building in Pune since 1997 and has several projects in Undri. Victoria is ready to move, having been completed around June 2009, well before MahaRERA, so it has no registration number. With the homes now more than 15 years old, any purchase will be a resale: have the structure inspected and check the title, society records and maintenance dues carefully.
