Undri sits on Pune's southern edge, beyond NIBM Road and Kondhwa, and over the past decade it has filled up with mid-rise and high-rise housing. Nyati Exuberance is one of the taller additions: a 21-floor residential building from Nyati Group, a Pune developer that has been building since 1997 and has several projects in and around Undri.
The project is built around 2 BHK apartments. The listed starting price is ₹63.5 lakh, but carpet areas have not been published with the listing, so buyers will need the floor plan from the developer before comparing value per square foot with nearby projects.
