Kohinoor Group

Kohinoor Group has been in business in Pune since 1983 and runs from ICC Trade Tower on Senapati Bapat Road. Housing is one of several lines. The group also builds offices, such as Kohinoor World Towers in Pimpri, takes on redevelopment work, and develops industrial and warehousing space, including a 200-acre industrial park at Chakan with IndoSpace.

Most of its homes are in the western IT belt and in Pimpri-Chinchwad. The IndiProp listings carry Famville, Sportsville, Presidentia and Coral in Hinjewadi, Courtyard One and Westview Reserve in Wakad, Sapphire 2 in Tathawade and Shangrila in Chinchwad. On the eastern side there are Kaleido in Kharadi and Viva City in Dhanori, and Jeeva in Bibwewadi is its south Pune project. Earlier work includes Central Park in Hinjewadi, Riverdale in Kharadi and Woodshire in Bavdhan. The bulk of the range is mid-segment 2 and 3 BHK flats aimed at salaried buyers working in Hinjewadi and Kharadi, with a smaller number of larger-format projects such as Satori in Mahalunge. Several Hinjewadi launches run side by side, so comparing possession dates across them is useful.
