Hinjewadi, Baner, Balewadi, Aundh and Pimpri are all within driving distance, and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway is close by for trips out of the city.
Two configurations are planned. The 2 BHK starts at ₹1.24 crore and the 3 BHK at ₹1.57 crore. Those prices put it at the upper end of the Wakad market, so buyers should ask for carpet areas, which are not in our data, and compare the rate per sq ft with other projects nearby.
The developer has themed the homes around the five elements of nature, and the site is planned as a gated high-rise community with landscaped open areas. A detailed list of amenities has not been published in the data we hold, so ask for the master plan to see what the clubhouse and outdoor areas will actually contain. Kohinoor Group is a Pune-based developer with residential and commercial projects across the city, including others in Wakad.
Westview Reserve is a new launch registered with MahaRERA as P52100048589. Our records show possession in April 2028, but some of the project's marketing mentions December 2026, so confirm the completion date stated in the MahaRERA registration before booking.
