This second phase covers about 4 acres with 443 homes. Two plans are listed: a 655 sq ft carpet 2 BHK at ₹75 lakh and a 1,064 sq ft 2 BHK at ₹80 lakh. That second figure deserves a question. A two-bedroom home about 60 percent bigger for just ₹5 lakh more is unusual, and the larger number may include balconies or terraces rather than pure carpet area.
Amenities include a swimming pool of around 1,500 sq ft, a gym, a jogging track, a multi-sport court, a clubhouse with indoor games and play areas for children. Rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant form part of the services plan.
