Kohinoor Group has been building in Pune since 1983, and Kohinoor Kaleido is one of its recent launches in New Kharadi, the newer stretch of Kharadi that has grown out beyond the older IT core. EON IT Park, World Trade Center Pune and the Kharadi offices are a short drive away, and Nagar Road links the area to Viman Nagar and the airport.
The price list starts at ₹1.4 crore for a 2 BHK with 767 sq ft of carpet area. Plans also include a 3 BHK of about 989 sq ft, but no price has been published for it. The 2 BHK figure works out to more than ₹18,000 per sq ft of carpet area, which is high for the locality, so ask for a current cost sheet before comparing it with other projects.
Kohinoor describes the landscape as an urban forest, and the facility list covers a swimming pool, a gym, a jogging track, a clubhouse with indoor games and a party hall, and play areas for children. Yoga areas and a library room are also planned.
The project is registered with MahaRERA under P52100046027, with possession given as December 2026. As that date is close while the listing still shows a new launch, confirm construction progress on MahaRERA and ask whether the 3 BHK is still available.
