About Legacy by Gaurs
Jaypee Greens, the golf-course township beside Pari Chowk in Greater Noida, is where Gaurs has placed Legacy, a four-tower condominium on Plot B-10 in Sectors 19 and 25. Pari Chowk links the township to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the Yamuna Expressway begins close by.
Every home here is a 4 BHK. The 265 condominiums sit in towers named Buckingham, Edinburgh, Kensington and Versailles, each rising 34 floors above three basements and a stilt level. Most units have a carpet area of 3,510 sq ft, a few are 3,540 sq ft, and two units on each floor plan measure 4,765 sq ft. Shared facilities are split across three zones: Club Imperial, a sky walk called Helix and a podium garden named Windsor, with a gym, pool, theatre, spa, restaurants and yoga space among them.
Gaurs is the Ghaziabad-based group behind Gaur City in Greater Noida West, and it says it has delivered around 75,000 homes over three decades. Legacy sits at the top end of its range, alongside Trecento Residences in the same township.
The project was launched in October 2024 and is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ688396/10/2024, with September 2029 given as the completion date. Gaurs has not published prices on the project site, so ask for the full cost sheet, including club and parking charges, before booking. Possession is about three years away.

Gaur founded the company in 1995. It is one of the larger housing developers around Ghaziabad and Greater Noida. Its best-known project is Gaur City in Greater Noida West, a township that Wikipedia says houses roughly 25,000 families. It also develops Gaur Yamuna City, a township on the Yamuna Expressway launched in 2014, which includes the Gaurs Runway Suites studio apartments. The Islands by Gaurs, a newer 4 and 5 BHK project, is near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. The company says it has delivered about 75 projects and is privately held.
