Gaurs launched Gaur Alaris in August 2026, its second housing project in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway after Gaur Chrysalis. The site measures about 11.8 acres on the stretch of expressway between Greater Noida and the Noida International Airport at Jewar.

The plan is for 1,088 apartments in eight towers, with four homes to a floor and a floor-to-floor height of 3.35 metres. Every unit is a three-bedroom home with a study. Sizes are 1,550 sq ft and 1,565 sq ft in most towers and 1,950 sq ft in the two towers named Eleganza and Aurea; these are total areas, and carpet areas are not listed on the project site. Prices were announced from ₹1.32 crore. Hafeez Contractor is the architect, working in an Art Deco style, with landscape by Site Concepts International of Singapore and interiors by Studio Designscape. The clubhouse is planned at about 1 lakh sq ft, and close to 8 acres are left as open greens.

Gaurs expects sales of about ₹1,900 crore from the project. Phase 1 is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026, and possession is targeted for June 2031.

Possession is almost five years away, so buyers booking now are signing up for a long build. Ask for the carpet area of each type before comparing Alaris with other Sector 22D launches.
