Only 60 homes make up Trecento Residences, a single 30-storey tower that Gaurs is building inside Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida. The township is laid out around an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman, and Pari Chowk at its edge connects it to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Yamuna Expressway.

The tower has two condominiums per floor, both 4 BHK layouts with a dining area, puja room, five toilets and a servant room. Carpet areas are 3,060 sq ft and 3,113 sq ft, against saleable areas of 5,000 sq ft and 5,050 sq ft, and balconies run along the length of each home. The outdoor deck, called Renaissance, has a skywalk, pool, waterfall, amphitheatre and a seating area for older residents. The Bloomsbury clubhouse holds a gym, lounge, audio-visual room and games rooms.

Gaurs, the group behind Gaur City in Greater Noida West, is also building Legacy by Gaurs in the same township.

Launched in October 2023, the project is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ283531, and the register gives July 2028 as the completion date. The developer's construction update for August 2026 includes photos of the structure, the club and a finished sample flat. Note the gap between carpet and saleable area: a little over 60 per cent of the billed area is usable floor space inside the home, so compare prices on carpet area. Prices are not listed on the developer's site.
