Adani Realty is the real estate arm of the Adani Group. Its work in the sector began with the Shantigram township in Ahmedabad, which was approved in 2010, and it now develops housing, offices, retail space and social clubs in Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Mumbai and Pune. The company says it has delivered close to 33 million sq ft and has about 144 million sq ft under development, and it reports that more than 7,000 families have taken possession of homes. In Gurugram its projects include the Samsara low-rise floors off the Golf Course Extension Road (developed with the Brahma group), the Lushlands and Veris towers at Gwal Pahari on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, and The Marq in Sector 102A on the Dwarka Expressway. It also runs The Belvedere Golf and Country Club properties in Ahmedabad and Gurugram.
