Lushlands is a high-rise housing project by Adani Realty in Sector 2, Gwal Pahari, along the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road in Gurugram. The overall site is about 12.36 acres, with the first phase on roughly 8.35 acres, and the towers are laid out on either side of a wooded ravine that is retained as a landscaped green. Phase one has four towers, A to D. Homes are 4 BHK apartments with a lounge, powder room and staff room of about 2,660 to 3,292 sq ft, plus 6 BHK duplex penthouses of about 6,384 sq ft. The architecture is by CP Kukreja and landscaping by Integral Designs. Adani Realty lists prices from about Rs 14.04 crore. Amenities are split between a social club and a sports club, with a pond, gazebo, viewing deck, jogging and cycling tracks, a tennis court, a half basketball court and cricket nets. The project is registered with HRERA (RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/837/569/2024/64) and has a stated possession date of March 2029.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1526-2024, with registration valid until March 2029.
